Delivery
Our goods are dispatched with free delivery insurance. The majority of orders will arrive within 3 to 5 working days but please allow up to 28 days.

Delivery takes place weekdays between 9:00-19:00. For failed deliveries please call the number on the delivery card to arrange re-delivery.

Back ordered items: Orders are normally dispatched complete and only one charge is made per order, however where appropriate orders will be shipped in stages without extra postage being charged.

Our delivery charge is for UK mainland only. Please refer to the delivery cost information box below for other available destinations.

Europe zone2**: Austria, Azores, Balearic Isles, Corsica, Cyprus, Czech Rep, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Madeira, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

BFPO orders are initially charged £12 per order. Any additional charge from BFPO will be charged retrospectively.

Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery orders are only applicable for telephone orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on the next working day. Delivery to UK mainland only, £5 surcharge. ie total delivery cost for next day service £9.50

Currently orders cannot be tracked online however this functionality should be available soon.

Gift Wrap Service
Have all your gifts wrapped and tied with a pretty bow to make their arrival twice as delightful. Choose either a mixed gift box wrap (all your gifts in one box) for £5.00 or if you prefer we can individually wrap each item at £2.00 each. We can also offer a next day service (Surcharge £5.00) if you want the parcel to arrive the next day. Nothing is too much trouble.

Payment
We accept the following cards

Payment can also be made via cheque, postal order or a bank transfer.

Cheques and Postal orders are made out to ‘Perfectly Happy People Ltd’
Details for a bank transfer can be requested from info@phpbaby.com.

Customers not living in The UK are not exempt from VAT.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by contacting the Perfectly Happy People care line on 0844 826 4199 or info@phpbaby.com.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days, in its original packaging, suitable for resale, for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price.

Please call our Customer Services 0844 826 4199 for a Returns Authorisation Number, which must be entered on the Return document (reverse of invoice).
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Regretfully postage/delivery charges are not refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage, as Perfectly Happy People cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.

Nappies and related products are hygiene sensitive, unless faulty or unopened we are unable to accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Vouchers
You may prefer to let the new mum choose from our catalogue. We have gift vouchers of £10, £25, £50, £75 and £100. We will arrange to send the voucher, together with a personal message from you and our latest catalogue in a pretty box to the lucky parents. It’s a great way to treat your friends.

Catalogues sent to The UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland are sent free of charge. Other customers should refer to our web site www.thebabycatalogue.com where we have a virtual live catalogue, which can be downloaded or browsed.

Midwives and Clinic Packs
Kushies nappies are the leading brand nappy and readily available in the marketplace and yet we find that mums ask their midwife first for advice. If you are a midwife or clinic and would like a demonstration nappy to show your classes, together with information leaflets on the various ranges of Kushies nappies we would happily send them to you. Just write in officially requesting a Clinic Pack. (We’re sorry we are unable to respond to telephone requests). We will send you a pack and ensure you have continued supplies of leaflets. We can also arrange for one of our nappy agents to visit you for further information and often they are happy to do live demonstrations on the benefits of Kushies cloth nappies for Antenatal classes.
