I called my daughter this morning to say “Happy Birthday” to my granddaughter and I was surprised when she told me that the Fropper had arrived today. I can’t thank you enough for the getting it done so the gift could be there for my granddaughter’s actual birthday. I will keep The Baby Catalogue at the top of my list when I need gifts for my granddaughter in the future.

Customer service is the backbone of any business and in this economy a huge asset! I live in New York and when my buggy weights broke last fall I was stunned to find that buggy weights were unavailable in the States. I found a friend who was going to London that weekend and offered to bring them home if I could get them to his hotel (he was only going for 3 days). I called John Lewis, Mamas & Papas, Mothercare, Harrods and Babyworld with no luck. Then after looking online I found The Baby Catalogue. I was fortunate enough to have the wonderful Rosey Akinjiola answer the phone. She told me that you don’t deliver over the weekend and all my hopes were crushed. Then she asked where the hotel was where my friend was staying, I explained that he was staying at the Marriott in Hyde Park and Rosey told me she did not live far away and could deliver the buggy weights herself. Well, you could have knocked me down with a feather!. She is a great example for your company of going the extra mile.
